It enables customers to manage the process and keep direct control of their network, data and processes.
Job Role: HR & Operations Manager:
As the HR and Operations Manager, you will be an ambitious generalist and instrumental in driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and serving as a key liaison between senior leadership and various departments while taking direct ownership of operations in our Karachi office. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM) and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's trajectory. Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution: Oversee, execute and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization (including finance, HR, ops and legal)
Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful outcomes (e.g. internship program, strategy planning or implementing a systems overhaul)
Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives
Finance: Oversee the finance function in Karachi, including day to day activities, overall planning, forecasting and reporting
Human Resources: Manage the HR function for the Karachi office in collaboration with the UK HQ (including goal setting/ tracking and team building activities)
Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring in the Karachi office
Special Projects: Lead and oversee special projects as directed by the GM/ CTO, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g. working with the product/ tech teams, exec team initiatives or bringing insights from analytics or reporting)
