Skills
1. To co-ordinate and supervise a team of Timekeepers.
2. To follow up the demobilization phase of a Project / transfer of employees between Projects.
3. To interact with internal customers to ensure all incoming and outgoing timesheets and personnel employment data are processed in a timely fashion.
4. To prepare timesheets for the designated project, if any.
5. To Prepare and update personnel lists for Project Manager.
6. To audit and verify timesheets against project manning lists and attendance/leave reports.
