Accountabilities & Key Roles:
Developing a business plan for the branch in line with Retail Management objectives and full
coordination with District Manager/Network Manager/Retail Head & continuous follow up of
its implementation to ensure achieving the goals.
Achieving branch sales & service quality targets as per the annual budget set & agreed with
Retail Banking Management.
Ensuring all operational control are implemented in the branch as per BOM (custodianship,
authorization….).
Implement Branch Sales Budget and business plan.
Drive, manage & track branch performance toward achieving business, sales & service quality
goals & targets through marketing bank products & services and increase customer base by
direct and cross selling.
Manage in coordination with Retail Management staff vacations & vacancies in a manner to
ensure best service to customers.
Meet on a regular basis with branch staff to review, assess and enhance level of sales &
service.
Coach and train staff to ensure full awareness of Bank products, services and P&P
Manage & approve counter transactions according to the authority matrix.
Ensure all Audit notes are fully adhered to and that there are no repetitions.
Manage and implement channels migration strategy.
Manage staff rotation within branch/branches to ensure all functions are fully covered.
Ensure manning the Meeter/Greeter & CIO desks as per the schedule on daily bases.
Ensure services carried out to all customers regardless of segment are up to level of customer
satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to the Branch Operating Model.
Adherence to all Information Security policies and standards to protect the Bank’s employees,
assets, resources and data from illegal or damaging actions by individuals, either knowingly or
unknowingly.
Key Performance Indicators:
Branch sales & service quality targets achievements.
Number of audit notes on branch.
Number of customers’ complaints related to branch.
Transactions through various Channels.
Capture of overall cash differences (shortage/excess).
Capture of overall number of errors / mistakes in services /
sales.
Job Requirements :
Education: University degree in business administration or
finance from a reputable university.
Experience: 7 years experience in banking, Branch management
experience is a plus.
Competencies:
Fluent in Arabic.
English Level 3
Strong sales & services orientation.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills & Problem solving skills.
