Exhibits good communication skills to collaborate with team and product management
Contributes to designing, developing, and reviewing documents, including user guides, installation guides, online help, API guides, how-to guides, etc
Ensures that the documentation should be simple and easy to understand by customers and provide an enriched user experience
Exhibits a clear understanding of product functionalities
Adheres to the documentation style guide standards and processes to meet the organization's documentation requirements
