Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US/UK/Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales for software services and solutions, with a minimum of 10 years of full-time experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of revenue generation through proactive sales and business development activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall organizational growth.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through various channels such as research, networking, events, and conferences.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and meetings to showcase our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver timely service quotes and proposals, ensuring efficient deal closure.
- Utilize sales management tools and data to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of new business strategies and sales growth initiatives.
- Drive captive business growth within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate enhanced relationships at the CxO level within target markets, fostering significant account growth.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Maintain persistence, attention to detail, and adherence to processes throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Exhibit strong customer orientation, organization, and time management skills.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably within the software services industry.
- Strong ability to generate leads, manage the sales process, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and techniques for maximizing sales performance.
- Experience in the banking or financial sectors is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
