We focus on Tier-2, 3, and 4 towns and villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners


Job Role


As the Founder's Office Executive to the CEO at Anaxee Digital Runner Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including managing the CEO's schedule and tracking task assignments to ensure timely completion. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office


Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA


Experience: 6 months or 1+ Year


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, schedule, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the CEO, executives, and staff members.
  • Coordinate and align the activities of various departments and teams to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Monitor tasks assigned by the CEO to team members, making sure that assignments are completed within the given timelines. Regularly follow up and provide progress reports on tasks.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Take care of the CEO's LinkedIn profile, which involves sharing updates, connecting with professionals, and actively engaging with the LinkedIn community to strengthen our online presence. [Here is the link to our CEO's LinkedIn profile: linkedin.com/in/govind17]
  • Connect with companies and professionals on LinkedIn to present services, forge partnerships, and promptly and professionally reply to messages.
  • Keep the CEO informed about the progress of current projects, performance metrics, and other important updates.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements:
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • A creative individual at heart who excels in crafting engaging content on their own personal social media platform.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel and work until late evenings.
  • Tech-savvy and adept at adapting to new technologies quickly.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
