Hello, We are looking out for “HSE Technicians” role for leading oil and gas company. Location – Abu Dhabi Permanent Role
Based in the UAE (preferrable)
The HSE Department are responsible for ensuring that a comprehensive management system is implemented, maintained and continually improved upon in accordance with Site Policies and Procedures.
Main Duties
Supporting the ongoing development and implementation of the site’s health, safety and environmental management system.
Participating in accident, incident and near miss investigations.
Taking the lead on new initiatives / Corporate campaigns to improve and develop the site health, safety and environmental culture.
Supporting new starter inductions.
Managing emergency arrangements onsite e.g. fire / fire drills, first aid, spillage, rescue from height, arranging training exercise etc.
Qualifications
Qualified to a minimum NEBOSH Certificate level.
Experience in a complex Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems.
IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or similar is desirable but not essential.
Experience of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
