Fluentcy in English

Job Description:
Receiving notice of loss from customers via e-mail,
Notifying insurance companies and reinsurers of the received notices, opening files,
Ensuring the appointment of loss adjuster,
Obtaining documents from the customer,
Following and finalizing the follow-up of the file with insurance companies and reinsurers,
Completion of relevant system records,
Preparing reports and and providing them to the customer.
