Client company introduction: 

Our Client Company is a UK-based educational service-providing company that was established with the sole purpose of aiding education providers with smart and effective solutions, by carefully designing and crafting their course content, website, and social media campaigns. We are an in-house team of talented and experienced instructional designers, artists, creative professionals, and learning experts. Our head office is based in the UK and the support office is in Lahore with 40 staff members.

Our statewide advisory team has developed a performance-based instructional design system, effective for the academic industry.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Be knowledgeable about the product.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and call.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
• Follow up already contacted prospects.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Take Ownership of the Sales Department
• Problem-Solving
• Timely Actions for resolution

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Marketing preferred.
•  Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer
• satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
• Exceptional Negotiation Skills & Convincing Power.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Punctual and Confident.
• Self-starter with high Motivation

Job Details:

Experience: 2 -3 + Years

Work Timings: (10:00 am to 6: 30 pm)

Work Days: Monday - Friday
