Minimum 2 years work experience as commis in hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Well versed in south east Asian cuisine and learning attitude to do other cuisine
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Hands on cooking at least in one particular cuisine from South East Asian (Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Burmese, Cambodian). Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred
