· Applying and following the client contractual QHSE obligations, PSGS’s QHSE policy and procedures.
· Maintaining the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System and standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000
· Installing and maintaining fire alarm systems including smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, and other fire suppression equipment
· Supervision and provision of quality assurance and technical compliance for all day to day Electrical and Instrumentation construction activities.
· Coordination of work sequences for shutdown tie-in’s and the installation and pre- commissioning of all electrical and instrumentation scopes.
· Supervision and oversight of all Electrical (HV & LV), Instrumentation construction related scopes
· Supervision and oversight of all discipline related Pre-commissioning activities
· Participates in the process for unplanned breaks, shut-downs and is responsible for action plans for automation or electrical issues or faults
· Performance of multi-skilled craft workers in the installation, repair, preventive maintenance, removal, or adjustment of equipment or components in accordance with established project procedures, requirements and specifications
· Assists in or performs interpretation of engineering drawings, work orders, specifications and manufacturer’s technical data materials. Also assists or performs diagnostics of equipment failures and recommends solutions
· Assess risks and hazards involved in tasks and methods to manage the hazards in order to prevent incidents, injury and damage
· Determination of daily work schedules; coordinates the human resources, materials, and information needed to accomplish the work consistent with efficient operation
· Ensure that the standard of workmanship and the materials/equipment is compliant with the specifications and that specified inspections and tests are conducted and records maintained to substantiate conformance
· Performing other duties as directed
· Diploma in Technical Education
· Must understand regulatory compliance and be able to maintain and submit any documentation required such as equipment maintenance logs, maintenance reports, etc.
· Proven leadership abilities with strong understanding of proper maintenance and operation procedures, including shutdowns or emergency work; respond positively to changes in direction, priorities and assignments
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all personnel and especially with respect to directing others
Able to communicate in English, Arabic is added value
