When the two young Madi Brothers, saw a good opportunity in the salon supply business, they established Madi International Company which started its operations in Kuwait in 1991 under the name of Al-Jothen, specializing primarily in hairdresser salons equipment and products. In 1997, the expansion incorporated a consumer division for Kuwait to cater for the varied tastes of the end clients.

In 1998, Madi International set foot in Lebanon through opening a subsidiary company while focusing on the professional end of the products.

The success of the Kuwaiti and Lebaanies enterprises, led the company to venture into the United Arab Emirates in 2001, repeating the Lebanese equation of opening a new branch in Dubai that mainly centers its activities on the professional sector. In 2005, our market grew so much that new premises and showroom were established in Abu Dhabi.

That same year, and in order to cover the Arab market more extensively, Madi International start operating in Qatar.

Today and in compliance with its expansion strategy, the company is operating as well in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
