Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Services Clerk to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. As a Membership Services Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our members and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process membership applications and maintain accurate member records in the database.
  2. Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
  3. Assist with membership renewals, including sending reminders and processing payments.
  4. Coordinate member events, including registration, logistics, and on-site support.
  5. Prepare and distribute member communications, such as newsletters and event invitations.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of member retention strategies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
  8. Conduct member satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in membership services.
  10. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  4. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with membership management software.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  10. Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus.
