Job Description

  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Hire, source, and train new IT employees, introducing them to the organizational standards and guidelines.
  • Align new Information Technology systems with the practical requirements of the organization's policies and standards.
  • Work in tandem with the management to develop and implement systematic IT policies and procedures.
  • Protect and backup vital information of the company using digital management tools and servers.
  • Work as a bridge to solve critical problems of important individuals within the organization through prompt addressal of the issues.

Skills

  • Proven track record of working as a prolific IT Manager associated with a professional organization or company.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of handling all network system requirements of a company.
  • Professional education in IT and related fields with an emphasis on system management and control.
  • Proficient in conveying key messages to team members to get the desired results.
  • Commendable grasp of fluent communication and time management for organizing projects using a streamlined approach.
