Job Description
We are looking for a female candidate with experience who can handle Online E commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Dealing with customers for inquires, orders, requests , complains, refund, and delivery.
- Ensuring the complete transaction for each order from inquiry until item is delivered.
- Coordination and communication with Logistics Partners.
- Incharge for daily inventory.
- Prepare product for shipping (Barcoding, Item Inventory counts , Pre-order form and Pick up request)
- Document financial information
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting sheet
- Dealing with Influencers and Models for Marketing.
- Maintain office equipment.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standard.
- Other tasks will be assigned based on business requirement

Skills
-Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Marketing related field is a plus.
- Fluent in English , Tagalog, Arabic is added advantage.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in E commerce and Social Media Management.
