Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather requirements and understand business needs
2. Design and develop scalable and secure software solutions that meet clients' requirements
3. Create architectural designs and technical specifications for software development projects
4. Lead and mentor development teams during the implementation phase
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
6. Identify and resolve technical issues and risks
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
9. Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
4. Experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
9. Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL or Oracle
