Senior Project Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business management, or related area of study.
• Minimum 20 years' experience in Projects Management or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
• Familiarity with real estate development processes, zoning regulations, building codes, and construction methodologies.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (PMP, ACP, RMP, ...etc.) are highly preferred.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience managing PMC projects, teams, and budgets, as well as a proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing complex documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Influential skills - experience in leading or senior role on major construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
