GGM MetaHomes is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Manager as we expand our company. The ideal candidate should possess extensive management experience and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, including strategy development and prospect management.
- Continuously analyze market trends and propose strategies to enhance productivity and address challenges.
- Manage leads and ensure effective conversion rates.
- Ensure consistent sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies to meet organizational goals, including international expansion.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to improve lead generation strategies.
- Act as a mediator in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale service.
- Cultivate professional relationships with clients and attend relevant events to generate leads.
- Organize roadshows to boost brand awareness and expand the network.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record in real estate sales and brokerage.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, finance, or business administration.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Hindi is preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Thorough understanding of transaction processes and brokerage operations.
- Confident, approachable, and strong leadership qualities.
- Proven organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions and work well in a team environment.
