We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Manage conference room bookings and appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
