Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Maintain close relations with fleet owners.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of Used Trucks.
- Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
- Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
- Describes all optional used equipment available for customer purchase.
- Offers test drives in line with Reg Sales Manager.
- Understanding customer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
- Explaining warranties and services.
- Be ready for training and development courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA).
- Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
- Daily visits and follow–up with Customers.
- Find new potentials/ Customers.
- Prepare offers.
- Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining customer's database and communicating with them.
- In line with the Regional Sales Manager, close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating prices; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; and explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
- Collecting information on competitor’s activities and market prices.
- Check & recommend realistic market-acceptable price levels to meet competition.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the used truck industry.
- Excellent knowledge of truck models, features, and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer demands.
