Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors while conducting thorough market data analysis.
  • Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations
  • Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors
  • Analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor activities to discern avenues for growth and innovation.
  • Determine optimal product assortments and mixes for diverse markets and regions.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and assess account performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and manage forecasts and budgets, meticulously overseeing regional profit and loss.
  • Devise promotional strategies and action plans to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Uphold brand integrity by overseeing merchandising, assortments, and planograms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Furnish regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
