Job Description


  • Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Saudi government sector as Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant
  • Must have an implementation and support experience into Oracle HRMS Applications modules such as core HR, Oracle Payroll, Performance Management, learning management, SSHR, Absence Management, Talent Management
  • Good exposure to Fast Formula, Oracle Workflow,
  • PL/SQL coding , Knowledge of Oracle Interfaces and XML/RDF Reports experience is preferred


Skills


  • Strong technical skills in Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
  • Experience in Oracle HRMS implementation and upgrade projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS technology stack, data model, and architecture
  • Experience in Oracle HRMS integration with other Oracle and non-Oracle applications
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Oracle HRMS certification is a plus
