Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and manage the admin building.
  • - Applying for and renewing, as necessary, the Chamber of Commerce registration.
  • - Processing all visit visa applications to the various embassies.
  • - Manage with al Corporate requirements related to MOCI, MIM, MHRSD and MISA, follow-up for
  • any new requirements on SIGAS.
  • - Support with All other governmental entities such as SEC, customs.
  • - Manage Dammam labor accommodation facilities to be fully up to mark in terms of living
  • standards building maintenance. Arrange necessary OPEX in consultation with Procurement in
  • case of any repairs etc. is needed.
  • - Ensure admin buildings and associated facilities at Linde SIGAS Dammam is properly maintained
  • and staffed for necessary housekeeping.
  • - Management of day-to-day affairs of Linde SIGAS FTEs including but not limited to their Exit/ Re-
  • entry Visas, Iqamas, Passports, Labor law Dept, Murorr etc.
  • - Support Oil & Gas & other departments with Customers Govt functions/security to arrange for
  • access IDs for Linde SIGAS & Contractor trucks, employees and contractors for uninterrupted
  • supplies and execution of projects.
  • - Management administrative of SIGAS employees related systems like Ajeer system, labor law,
  • Qiwa, Muqeem, Istiqdam etc.
  • - Manage of all government system such as COC, Morror, Qiwa, MOT, GOSI, Muddad, Customs etc.
  • - Manage and control STC portal and contracts of issuing new SIM or new requests.
  • - Managing Fuel system and fuel chips align with controlling all noncommercial vehicle Issuing
  • all Company drivers, a driving card.
  • - Manage courier.
  • - Management of pool of company owned and leased cars and all FTEs completed DDT.
  • - Manage all Sigas operation licenses such as, MODON operation, MODON Lease Contracts,
  • Balady, Civil Defense Wearhouse license, trucks operation cards etc..
  • - Ensure all boundary CCTV installed and working for Eastern & Central providence.
  • - Manage and be responsible on Nitrate Ammonium shipments and requirements.


Preferred Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- 2-3 years of experience working in facilities and project management.

- Good English and Arabic skills
