JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
REPORTS TO: Team Lead
PURPOSE:
A Lead Generation Executive plays a crucial role in generating interest and inquiries from potential customers or clients for a company's products or services. Their primary purpose is to identify and cultivate potential leads, ultimately converting them into customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- CRM management
- Achieve target of 1.5 – 2K ready data per day
- Familiar with domain setup and warmup process
- Extensive experience with maintaining domain health
- Expert in email deliverability
- Salesforce configuration
- Campaign scheduling
- Send out mass mail using salesforce
- CRM and campaign management
- Familiar with reporting and dashboarding using salesforce
- Ensure 95% above deliverability rate
- Ensure 3-4% response rate
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Software house
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with manual scrubbing of bulk data
