Job Description

Join our vibrant and dynamic team as a Senior Copywriter, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence across a diverse range of projects. As a seasoned professional, you'll bring strategic vision, exceptional writing prowess, and leadership skills to the table, elevating our campaigns to new heights.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities


  • Leading the crafting of persuasive copy for advertising, PR, and PA campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with strategic objectives and drives measurable impact.
  • Creative concepting  and infusing campaigns with fresh ideas and strategic vision to surpass client expectations
  • Writing web copy
  • Developing social media posts and digital ads
  • Editing content for a variety of projects
  • Assuming responsibility for meticulous proofreading processes to ensure flawless execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Taking a proactive role in crafting persuasive proposals, leveraging market insights and client needs analysis to secure lucrative opportunities and foster lasting partnerships.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with creative directors, designers, producers, editors, writers, and project/account teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations across diverse accounts.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a copywriter in an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Work Conditions


The physical abilities needed to perform the duties of this position, in addition to the office climate:


  • Office environment is general office setting
  • Must reside in Amman
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
