CIPPO is always dedicated to providing exceptional services to our community and is expanding its PALS crew to accommodate each service and need. We firmly believe in the power of specific and tailored sessions delivered by professionals to create a comprehensive lifestyle intervention that allows children to flourish and unlock their full potential in every aspect of their lives. We hold specialists and therapists in children's psychology in high regard, recognizing their expertise and commitment. Moreover, we offer a platform for growth and collaboration that extends beyond traditional clinical settings.
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed team as a Specialist PAL.
About the Job:
As a Specialist PAL, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child. These sessions will focus on areas such as emotional and mental health, academic development, social speech, and sensory regulation, to enhance their overall well-being and lifestyle.
More details about the Job:
  • Conduct Meaningful Sessions: Your role as a specialist entails delivering impactful one-on-one sessions to multiple children/clients, addressing their specific needs in areas such as emotional and mental health, academic development, social speech, and sensory regulation, in their diverse natural environment.
  • Collaborative Approach: You will work closely with PALS leadership to contribute to content creation, share research on best practices, and participate in curriculum development as necessary. This collaborative effort ensures that we provide the highest quality services and achieve optimal outcomes for each child and client.
  • Maintain Professional Profiles: Keeping your profile updated with accurate availability and service locations is essential. Effective communication is key, so prompt notification of any changes, while minimizing disruptions, is expected.
  • Efficient Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for maintaining clear and organized portfolios for each child you support. Regularly submitting reports or briefs to  PALS leadership ensures proper documentation and facilitates seamless transitions for subsequent Specialist PALs.
  • Regular Team Collaboration: You will have the opportunity to meet with our team regularly for face-to-face meetings and follow-ups. These sessions will provide a platform to discuss progress, share insights, and foster effective collaboration.
  • Inspire Joy and Positivity: Creating a positive and engaging environment is paramount when working with children. Your presence should radiate enthusiasm and positive energy, making a meaningful impact on their lives. Join us in making a difference with your vibrant and compassionate spirit.
Perks of Being a Specialist PAL:

  • Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy the flexibility to adjust your working hours, days, and session intervals to accommodate your schedule and availability.
  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a flexible agreed-upon compensation per session, in addition to any ongoing jobs you may have.
  • Professional Development Opportunities: As a Specialist PAL, you will have access to special discounts on our ICAP programs and the potential to join our instructors' team.
  • Be Part of an Exclusive Journey: Joining our program means being part of an exclusive community within CIPPO and making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
  • Meaningful Connections: Engage with different families, forging meaningful connections, and contributing to their dreams and aspirations.
  • Opportunities for Collaboration: We welcome your potential projects and ideas to help us change the world, one child at a time, as part of our youth-enthusiastic community.
