A reputable hospitality establishment in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead our B2B and B2C sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeting corporate clients for events and attracting individual customers for wedding bookings, parties, and functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our hotel by driving sales revenue and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to target corporate clients for events and individual customers for weddings, parties, and functions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, and individual customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the events and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our facilities, services, and amenities to potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements tailored to the specific requirements of corporate and individual clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports to monitor progress towards sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Represent our establishment at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service to uphold the establishment's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the UAE, with a focus on both B2B and B2C segments.
- Proven track record of success in targeting corporate clients for events and securing bookings for weddings, parties, and functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
