We strongly believe in putting people first – our customers, our teams, our partners.We are looking for a candidate to join our Accounting Team as aSr. Accounting Manager. What we expect from you:
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting and taxes,
Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit,
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements,
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness,
Making sure proper documentation is maintained and followed on,
Managing month end closing activities,
Maintaining the financial records and statements as per company policy, local laws and regulations,
Making sure that company complies with all local laws and regulations on time,
Preparation, review and declaration of all the tax returns (BA/BS, VAT, WHT, CIT, etc),
Managing and supporting to VAT refund processes
Managing and supporting to consignment export processes
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested,
Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions,
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships,
Coordinating and solving matters with consultants, auditors, tax authorities and other teams.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields, CPA preferred,
Min. 12 years experience, preferably financial affairs and E-commerce background,
Experience of IFRS, US and local GAAP with Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA will be an advantage,
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles,
Excellent in MS Office applications,
Attentive to detail and ability to analyze large amount of data,
Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
Strong written and oral communication skills,
Analytical thinker and open to innovation,
Fluent in English
