Job Description
- Process expert for benefits with the governance role of policy setting
- Coordination and management of benefits renewals, identification and implementation of best practices and market trends
- Analysis of existing benefit processes within the area and work on solutions to optimize their best execution
- Being a key contact for external benefits service providers and internal stakeholders
- Participation to cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, management engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits preferably in a multinational organization,
- Experience in analyzing data and trends,
- Excellence in communication, interpersonal and organization management skills,
- Proactive, and independent, able to work with minimal guidance and result oriented,
- Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and customer orientation,
- Fluency in English
