Job Summary
The primary function of the Business Development Coordinator is to support and manage client engagement activities including some aspects of partner development.
Job Responsibilities 1
Maintain positive, professional, helpful, friendly relationships with all real estate agents.
Enter complete and accurate data into system.
Create and email new listings and open house flyers to agents regularly.
Enter and maintain client contacts.
Work with Marketing department on lead generation marketing materials and flyers as requested.
Provide general administrative support to team.
Provide Marketing reports as needed.
Job Responsibilities 2
Order appraisal and title work on all files; promptly prepare files for processing team.
Assist other members in the team whenever possible, with anything.
Maintain office monthly newsletters and distribute to office.
Organise, communicate and maintain calendars.
A strong commitment to customer service to associates and stakeholders.
Keep current on all licensing requirements and continuing education classes throughout year to maintain license.
Job Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize and manage workload.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong networking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
