About the job FRONT DESK OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GREET AND WELCOME VISITORS WITH A WARM AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR.
- MANAGE INCOMING CALLS, EMAILS, AND INQUIRIES, DIRECTING THEM TO THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENTS.
- MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED RECEPTION AND OFFICE AREA.
- COORDINATE VISITOR ACCESS WHENEVER REQUIRED.
- ASSIST WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS, SUCH AS SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS AND MANAGING MEETING ROOMS ETC.,
- HANDLE MAIL AND DELIVERIES EFFICIENTLY.
- PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO COLLEAGUES WITH VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- MASTER OR BACHELORS IN (MARKETING, BUSINESS, IT) OR ANY OTHER
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3 TO 4 YEARS AT LEAST IN THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A FRONT DESK OFFICER, RECEPTIONIST, OR IN A SIMILAR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE.
