As a Senior Account
Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing key
accounts and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in building strong customer
relationships and providing tailored solutions will contribute to the company's
success and market leadership.
You will report directly to our Africa Regional Business manager, and you'll
work out of Morocco serving Franco Africa region for BA-BMS BU
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success. Your
responsibilities will include managing and growing a portfolio of strategic
accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships,
developing and executing strategic account plans, and identifying new business
opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
value-added solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective
account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic
accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact
for customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic account
plans to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities
within existing accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through
effective account management
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account
management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and
driving revenue growth in the mechanical and electrical field with engineering
background
• Strong communication and negotiation
skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong
relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and
problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time
management skills
• Proficient in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite
