Role scope:
- Setting up and implementing all main tasks and activities to kick off AURA Temporary and Permanent Business in the Country
- Defining and executing the development strategy of the Bussiness in the country in line with the group strategy.
- Guaranteeing the achievement of business targets through the management of economics
Main Responsibilities and related activities
Business set u
- Getting to know main Country players and institutions
- Guaranteeing the correct set-up of the business
- Analyses the market potential, trends and competition to define the most appropriate business strategy
- Defining, together with the International Management, the key factors of the business model to implement at country level.
- Kicking off the Morocco branch
Business Management
- Defining sales & operations budgets, targets, and ensures the achievement of revenues and profitability goals.
- Planning and coordinating all business development initiatives at country level
- Monitoring the progress of the business plan, and taking corrective actions if/where needed.
- Identifying business opportunities at Country level
- Directly involved in sales activities and customer management for Key clients.
People Management
- Hiring, coordinating, and supervising people.
- Guaranteeing team motivation, ensuring their professional development (training, coaching, ….)
- Communicating information and decisions related to corporate strategy
Role goals
- Business volume: Revenues increase
- Profitability: GP and % Gross Margin
- Business Mix: Temp, Perm, Training
- Efficiency: EBIT and Cost control
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience: managerial experience preferably in the competition
- Economics management: business planning, forecasting, control …
