About the role
As the Junior Customer Success and TeleMarketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Your responsibilities include addressing user inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and providing comprehensive guidance on product features and functionalities.
In addition to Customer Success, you'll be actively engaged in tele-marketing activities, reaching out to prospective clients to showcase our services and gather valuable insights. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you'll contribute to targeted campaigns aimed at connecting with customers and effectively promoting our products and services.
