We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Solution Lead and Architect to join our growing CX Engineering practice. You will play a pivotal role in driving presales activities and leading solution development for our clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and customer-centric approach to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences across web, mobile, portals, and integration services.
Job Description
- Presales:
- Qualify leads, understand client needs and challenges, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
- Solution Development:
- Lead the design and development of proof-of-concept (POC) applications showcasing the capabilities of our solutions.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to create technically sound and user-friendly solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various CX Engineering technologies including
- Primary: Frond end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS, Backend Technologies such as Node.js, PostgreSQL and extensive experience with .Net i.e. Asp.Net MVC, C#, Core Framework
- Secondary: Experience working on CMS Platforms such as Adobe AEM, and Sitecore.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dellboomi and Apigee
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies within the CX space.
- Provide technical architecture and design solutions to CX engineering problems.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, engineering, design) and external stakeholders (clients, partners).
- Foster a strong customer-centric culture within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in presales and/or solution development within the CX domain.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong hands-on experience with web, mobile, portal, and integration technologies including ReactJS, AngularJS, .Net Architecture, Adobe AEM, and Sitecore.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
