Job Description

Project Period: 12 Months


The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in accelerating the aftermarket revenue stream through the implementation of a pilot project aimed at following up on a vast quotation list and opportunity pipeline. This individual will be responsible for mapping the process, developing guidelines, and leading a team of telemarketing sales executives to handle leads generated from three countries: India, Australia, and Singapore.



Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably within the flow controls, rotating equipment’s and / or Industrial capital machineries. 
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Exposure to Predictive Maintenance, IIOT, AIML principles or Asset Management would be an added advantage.
Strong Customer Service experience with understanding of aftermarket sales strategies, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a matrix reporting structure and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
