The position

Global Associate Project Lead at Novo Nordisk will work closely with Global Project Lead and under the guidance of the Manager – Global Insulin Marketing, Diabetes Therapy Areas and will be responsible for:

• Driving and supporting overall strategic planning, preparation, and execution of the roll-out plan for Portfolio Consolidation Excellence Framework.
• Ensuring strong execution of portfolio consolidation decisions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure broad alignment and navigate efficiently.
• Spearhead training initiatives and ensure the effective dissemination of knowledge through strategic planning, execution of 'Train the Trainer' sessions, and provision of comprehensive training materials with affiliates and operation teams.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
 

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in brand communications, training, marketing, strategic planning, or related functions within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in communications development preferred.
• Proven project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, and driving project deliverables within quality and timeline.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively within the team and across the organization.
• Passion for driving change and continuous improvement.

About the department

The Strategic Diabetes Commercial Communications role is part of the Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit at Novo Nordisk. The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. In the Diabetes Therapeutic Area, we are a passionate team helping millions of people with diabetes achieve better health outcomes through innovative medicines and solutions. We drive and execute projects across a strong portfolio comprising both launch and life-cycle management brands.
