The RoleAs a key member of Order Operations for Digital Grid Management, this person will have primary responsibility for reviewing signed customer contract documentation and initiating the customer order process. This individual is responsible for the review of customer purchase orders for software license and professional services purchases and the setup of the projects, sales orders, and invoicing schedules for those contracts. The Senior Finance Operations Analyst will work closely with the various stakeholders that enable inside sales activities and seamless workflow and visibility to the team. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.Your Impact
  • Processes countersigned customer agreements to allow for the proper establishment of Professional Services Projects and Customer orders.
  • Coordinates with various cross-functional groups to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Modifies billing milestones and release of milestones to be processed by the invoicing team.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in support of process improvement activities.
  • Business partner to Revenue Accounting and Professional Services teams order visibility.
  • Process order workflow in Salesforce to provide visibility to Sales Operations for deal forecasting.
  • Support internal and external audit processes collaborating with the Manager to meet deliverables and address explanations.
  • Other duties as assigned related to business transformation.
What You'll Need
  • Four years of experience working in an administration role.
  • Experienced in working in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work well with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications


  • College Degree.
  • Knowledge of Epicor or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
